DESCRIPTION:Incentivizing real estate development throughout our region is a timely and confusing discussion. The development tools that are used to incent real estate projects are complicated. The KC Chamber Real Estate Policy Committee has gathered experts from several stakeholder groups to help demystify the economic development incentive tools that are used on both sides of the state line.\n\n\n\nThis event will not be a debate.
