Eisenberg is the author of more than 85 articles\, and is a regular consultant to several large real estate professional associations\, hedge funds and investment advisory groups. He has been invited to testify before lawmakers and is often asked to comment on proposed legislation. His research and opinions have been featured in Bloomberg\, Business Week\, Bureau of National Affairs\, Forbes\, Fortune\, and many other publications. He is a regularly featured guest on cable news programs\, talk and public radio.\n\n	 \n	Christopher Kuehl is a managing director of Armada Corporate Intelligence and one of the co-founders of the company. Kuehl is a Kansas City area resident and can offer an especially relevant view of local economic conditions. He serves as chief economist for the National Association for Credit Management and is the economic analyst for the Fabricators and Manufacturers Association.
